Bruno trapped under the Mobile home

The way things have gone since I moved to Texas July 9,2014.  I was beginning to think I would never make it a week without a rescue. For the past few months my neighbor gets another dog about every month. Then she lets it run free 24/7 until it gets run over and killed. Then the cold hearted irresponsible idiot just gets another dog and then abandons it almost immediately. Every dog she gets I end up feeding and looking after them. Her German Shepherd whose life I saved a few times already is over in my yard 95 % of the time. I have a feeling because she knows I will feed any hungry animal that comes here and quite a few do come here everyday, that she does not even buy dog food for them anymore. She still has one little white Chihuahua that runs loose most of the time. I have found three of her dogs that were run over and killed in just a few months and it really breaks my heart living here under these circumstances. I know I am doing a lot of good living here and helping the homeless, neglected and abused animals in the area but believe me it definitely takes a toll on you . The only rescue I had recently was my 35 lb. dog Bruno that I adopted with a Chihuahua I named Baby that the woman next door abandoned about a year ago. I did  rescue a Rottweiler puppy she abandoned and had it adopted from the SPCA with  a friends help about 9 months ago. Anyway my dog Bruno broke his 20 ft. cable about two weeks ago and went under the mobile home and got the cable that he was attached to stuck underneath. When I found him I had to climb under the mobile home to get him untangled. So easily he could have gotton himself stuck somewhere without me being able to find him and he could have died. I think my Guardian Angel was looking over him that day.
