We have a responsibility to help the animals

A picture is worth a thousand words. And even this old Marine will still kick your butt if you try abusing a helpless animal in my presence. I am wondering where the rescue stories are. I know everyone is Christmas shopping and all but please take a few minutes out for the animals because everyone loves to read your stories. Update on the pitbull '' BEAR '' that I have rescued in my neighbors yard eleven times since July 7th. 2013. I woke up a couple days ago to see they moved almost everything out and Bears dog house was even gone. It breaks my heart that I can't protect him from his abusive owners any longer. He would cry for me almost every day waiting for me to look out my window at him and I would yell I love you Bear. I keep thinking he might escape from his new residence and find me again and that would not surprise me in the least. My last story I wrote about the two puppies my other neighbor left out in the cold 24/7 and I would bring them in at night. Well it looks like I will be keeping them permanently not that I needed any more dogs but I love them dearly and they are safe. My second story back I mentioned a neighbors dog I rescued being attacked by a big dog in her yard. She is part Dalmation and always runs around with a brown dog that is her side kick. Well it was  25  degree's yesterday and the owners keep them outside. So tonight I started putting them in a shed I am not using that also has a mattress in it. So I coaxed them in it with a can of dog food and water and closed the door. I will try to do that every night so they will be a lot warmer and out of the freezing weather. I hope to help as many dogs around here as I can through the cold winters and the scortching hot summers. I am open to any and all suggestions on how I could make the life of the dogs running loose, being neglected by there families and the homeless dogs I feed everyday better. I can't take them all in but things I can do outside to help the quality of there life means a lot to me. They deserve to have someone that cares about them keeping a eye on them. If anyone around the Dallas Texas area needs help with a pigeon please contact me. I have probably rescued and doctored at least 4,000 pigeons since 2005 off the street - -  214 - 2721545 - Home phone with voicemail - if anyone cares to make a donation to my rescue work you can do so by using my e-mail address to Paypal.
